We’re Open, But Your Safety Comes First - Finchley's Multi-Award Winning Opticians Practice

We’re Open, But Your Safety Comes First

The health and safety of our customers, employees and community has always been and will continue to be our first priority. We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and are taking steps to help protect our customers and community

As we gradually adjust to the new normal, we understand some patients may be feeling nervous about returning to the practice again. Providing the highest quality of eyecare in a safe environment for our staff and patients is our greatest priority. We want to ensure you we are taking as many steps as possible to make sure we have the right equipment in place, and adhere to the cleanliest hygiene standards in our store.

Completing an eye test now is more important than ever. Many peoples lives have revolved around a screen the past few months, whether it has been for work, socialising, or entertainment. This increase in prolonged screen activity can possibly influence the health of your eyes, which is why we believe having your eyes checked now is more important than ever. Our new technology allows us to be able to perform a safe and more in-depth examination than ever before, allowing us to observe and evaluate the health and condition of your eyes. Below are the steps we are taking to ensure we are keeping you safe when you visit us.

Booking An Appointment
Please telephone to make an appointment for any reason. Whether it is for an eye examination or collection. It is our priority to ensure there are not too many people in the practice at once, and to be certain we can see everyone
Phone Or Zoom Consultation
We may invite you to a longer telephone or Zoom consultation before your appointment to enable us to clearly determine your needs and reduce the amount of time that you have to spend in the practice
Social Distancing
We will limit the number of people in the practice to ensure that you are never crowded. Whenever possible please remember to maintain a 2-metre separation from everyone as you move from one space to another

PPE
Following government guidelines, our team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for their protection as well as yours. You are invited to wear a face covering, as well as use our hand sanitizer as you enter the practice
Disinfecting In-between Patients & Frames
We welcome you to browse through our collection of frames, and ask us to pass you the frames that you would like to try. Once you have tried a frame, pass it back to us rather than put it back on the display. Each frame will be sanitised after it has been tried on before going back on display
Sanitizing After Each Patient
After each patient we see in our consultation room, we thoroughly disinfect the room and all testing equipment used, ready for the next appointment
